Society of Alumni - In 2012 the laws of attraction draws together a group of young, talented, artistic individuals to become the change they wanted to see within the UK music scene.
Their dedication, love for music and creativity soon formed Society Of Alumni: Mula, iSEE, Jaspo Beats, Flewid, Mak, Vels, Bad Jay, Devante and DJ Amari.
Originating from South London, SOA is a hip-hop based collective raised & inspired by the era of the 1990’s. With their focus pointed on growing within everyday life as young creatives, while transmitting that through their music.
Smooth Pekz - A rapper from Croydon. He is part of a collective of 3 called Wolfkyn. He has been rapping from a young age but took music more seriously in the last 2 years. He live by the statement “success is a must and failure not an option”

Vice Squad plus guests
Vice Squad are a female-fronted UK punk rock band that delivers short sharp songs with incisive lyrics spat out over a thunderous rhythm and machine gun rock ’n’ roll guitars.
Renowned for their high energy live shows the band deliver their set with passion and humour and have been touring and releasing successful albums since the 1980s.
Their latest album ‘Cardboard Country’ was released on their own Last Rockers label last year. The album is launched on the back of a very successful Pledge campaign raising funds for the Shelter homeless charity in line with the album title.
Vice Squad is fronted by raucous-voiced singer/guitarist Beki Bondage who was featured on the front cover of a number of influential music tabloids such as Melody Maker, NME, Sounds, Record Mirror and Smash Hits. The band is 100% DIY and has no record company or management backing. Since reforming Vice Squad in 1997, the band has released several albums with powerful punk songs that are very well received by fans and press. In keeping with the DIY ethic the albums were recorded in the front room of Beki’s South London flat.

Outland Presents :: Journeys Into Synthwave
The Outland team return with a special showcase event ‘Journeys Into Synthwave’, featuring the hottest synthwave and retrowave acts from the UK and Europe.
This is a companion event to Outland’s Sunset Neon Cruise which takes place on London’s Thames River on Saturday 15 September. Any fans attending that synthwave spectacle will be entitled to discounted tickets for Journeys Into Synthwave held at Hoxton’s Zigfrid von Underbelly venue on Friday 5th October.
Journeys Into Synthwave is the perfect showcase for those who know the synthwave genre already, but also for those who have yet to discover the highly influential aesthetic of synthwave and retrowave music and art.
Both new and classic Synthwave music will be played by DJ’s all evening, with live instrumentalised synthwave being performed by:
This French act is a true pioneer of the French (and indeed worldwide) synthwave scene, going way back to 2009. In 2016 his album Miami Calling was classified in the 10 best albums of the year by NewRetroWave. His collaborations with FM-84’s Ollie Wride, Paradise Walk, Daria Danatelli and Michael Oakley have produced some of the best synthwave music to this day.
If you’re into Gunship, then don’t miss the truly wonderful sounds and vocals created by this duo from South Wales. Expect a fully live and instrumental Synthwave assault. Whilst staying true to the 1980’s hits that they grew up with - they hope to help bring the Synth Pop movement back into the modern day light.
Based in London, New Arcades continually put the capital on the synthwave map with both their studio output and their live shows. NewRetroWave love them too and since appearances at both the Dana Jean Phoenix show earlier this year and Outland Glasgow 2018 most recently, they are primed to reinforce the consensus of being the busiest synthwave act in the UK.
New Arcades have been featured on films such as Already Tomorrow in Hong Kong and A Light Beneath Their Feet as well as having airplay on various U.K and U.S. radio stations.
They have a played a variety of live shows around the U.K including a live session for BBC Radio.
They have remixed artists such as Goldroom and Kyla La Grange and have worked with other electronic artists such as Futurecop!, Lula, Timecop1983and NINA.

Australian made, London living, DJ She-Ra has been spinning for 15yrs in alternative scenes around the world, through London, Ibiza, Berlin, Brighton, Belfast, Warsaw, Melbourne & Sydney. The 80s started her passion for synthesizers which then spread from goth into italo disco and now synthwave, retrofuturewave and outrun. Hot off the decks from the main room at Retro Future Fest 2 DJ She-Ra will transport you into a palm tree sunset dream disco filled with neon synths and glowing hearts!
