Carnival Club presents Half Cut
Techno awesomeness for the dance generation.
Halfcut DJs was conceived by two close work colleagues, Simon Middleton and Richard Gibson, over a few rum & cokes at Ushuaia in Ibiza with a vow to one day return to the island and be behind the decks.
Having hosted a series of their own club nights in London, their experience includes DJing at venues across all of the city.
With an eclectic taste ranging from house, EDM, techno, breaks and beyond, the pair are on a mission to play the freshest, dirtiest and most tasteful head bangers until the dancefloor collapses.9pm-3am / free entry

Meetup: Motion Graphic Designers
Motion Meets is an evening meetup designed to help build a community for motion graphic designers, animators, modellers and video editors to discuss design technique, principles and methods as well as career advice for people just starting out.
This is a great opportunity to meet other industry creatives in London, talk about new work and your creative frustrations. The most important thing to do here is to have fun and relax as it’s very casual and is designed to help our members find new job opportunities, friends, partners etc.
The networking-only events are regular and are (or at least for the time being) free, so why not stroll down and have a beer with your fellow motion geeks?
Look for us outside on the heated terrace at the tables or inside.
Look out for our sign in the venue to identify where we’re gathered!

St. Patrick’s Day with Live Circuit
This is how how Underbelly’s live stage will be celebrating the greenest day of the year ☘:
Albion - a five-piece North London blues rock band bringin a raw, uncut 60s blues vibe mixed with hip hop.
Lilium - these guys blew our minds when they first played in Underbelly in November 2017 and we are beyond excited to have them back. They play ”wonderfully peculiar, playful prog-pop mayhem’ with Jeff Buckley in there somewhere.
ARCADES - Leicester’s own blend of powerful, rock ‘n’ roll anthems, indie-glam-rock and a whole lot of stage presence.
Drunk Children - born from the ashes of classic British rock ‘n’ roll, Drunk Children are a force who shall dispel any notions that the heyday is in the past and demonstrate that the best is yet to come.
Screams From The Sun - London’s very own alternative synth-pop & rock duo.
Tickets: £6 advance; £8 OTD (or £6 if you come dressed in the St Patrick’s Day fashion)
The gig is followed by a free entry danceathon by DJ-maestro Joe Atari until 3am.
7pm - 3am / £6 adv; £8 otd

Japan’s full on energy Happy Rock and Roll band, THE TOMBOYS are back on tour supporting their Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols) produced album “To The Dream”.
We are lucky to have them giving another super intense live performance on the last night of a tour which has taken them around Italy, France and Germany. There will be support from awesome Electronic band The Ezypt and some carefully crafted tracks on a more acoustic road from Jun Okada. J-Pop Go will be back on the decks spinning a fine selection of Japanese tracks. This should be a great party.
THE TOMBOYS started life in 2011 as a cover band of SCANDAL, one of Japan’s most successful all-girl pop rock artists. Called NoName, they entered SCANDAL’s annual cover band competition and got to the finals, where their drummer picked up the RINA Award from SCANDAL’s drummer.
Since then, NoName started recording their own original songs and touring Japan with their cute and fun response to punk and rock music. They always deliver a blistering performance including smashing it at Hyper Japan at Tabaco Docks.
Tickets: Online £9 + Booking fee or £12 on the door!
VIP Tickets: Early entry + Meet & Greet
